DIC says "SVC TIRE MONITOR"

Well since my last post 2 weeks ago, the system was working until today. Today the RR and LF both are showing -- on the system. What the heck is going on? Did I get a complete batch of sh*tty tire monitors on my car?

I just up graded my 2008 HHR Panel with 18" Wheels and Tires along with new TPMS. Now I get the SVC on the Dash, and light stays on. I tried to reset the system per the instructions in the owner's manual several times, with no luck. any suggestions?
