Is it GM that is offering the discount or the Dealership? There is a difference.

I think its GM. I called GM directly (correction...I spoke to someone in Atlanta as their customer service is outsourced), and they claim there was some "area customer service rep" who made the decisions about compensation (whom you cannot contact directly...how convenient). So it has really just been one big run-around and I am pulling the car from the dealer and going to a local speed shop that does amazing work.

They kept giving me crap about my exhaust system so they are just making excuses, so I have had enough of this. Oh and apparently they would need to replace the turbo and a bunch of crap and put the factory catalytic converter back on it. All of this is completely unnecessary and I am not spending money on it.
