Electrical Nightmare
I don't suppose somebody pushed the lockout button? That would explain the rear windows.
The 2 fuses are the only common things with all of the switches, the RAP would only count until the driver door is closed after shutdown so that leaves the underhood #36. There is no other commonality. Might try disconnecting the negative battery post for a few minutes.
Would a wiring diagram be of service?

Took out both front seats and the ground points look as clean as the day the car was built.
Disconnected the ground at the battery and left it overnight.
Now the radio says its Locked.
The oil change is flashing as is the Air Bag message.

Will the battery start the engine? The only reason I can think of for those lights is a dead battery, maybe rodent damage. There is no connection unless you are leaving large parts of the story out.
Naw. Don's in the right thread. He's going for the "low voltage causing all those problems" scenario. Since the OP had the original power window issue and now reports radio lockout, oil change and air bag message lights.
Yes, I would look at the battery voltage too. We've all seen or heard of the weird electrical problems the HHR's can have with low voltage.

Yes the car starts. No rodent damage found. How do I find out if there is enough amperage seeing there is 12 volts to the switch.
