Figured out how to take out the BCM. FYI there is no way for anything to knock out the RAP because on my HHR LT the BCM is mounted to a metal plate which protects the back side. Anyway after hooking everything back up and re installing the BCM is when no windows would work.

Well, that's not what you said before. But whatever you did, go through it again, try to at least get your drivers window back. Maybe you'll stumble upon the fix for the rest of them.

I hooked up the battery after re installing the BCM and it smoked. I guess I need a new BCM. I dont know why I took it out seeing that I had power at the fuses, that should have ment the RAP was good, correct?

Thanks for the vote of confidence. This car is just been a mess. Nothing with it seems to make sense.

Question all my power windows quit working

All fuses and grounds I could find look good.No blown fuses.Connections in fuse box under the hood are all clean and tight. You can hear a click noise from each door switch when you activate them from the drivers door or at each door. There is over 12 volts power to each switch. When i disconnect the lead from any switch and put battery power directly to each motor ,the window goes upor down.I bought all new switches and a battery when this first started just in case. Is there a single point where I can apply power to all 4 switches from the battery? I have a 2009 HHR LT.

Check the 2 amp RAP fuse in position #17 on the BCM(interior fuse block).
