Is there some way to rewire the power to all the switches at the same time?

Then why the question to rewire? Try cleaning the switches in the drivers door.

Require ???
Cleaned all switches as previously stated and that made no difference. Bought OEM new switches and install them. No difference.

IF you have power to all the needed locations, then the next step would be to check the ground circuit for the main window switch.
There should be one main ground wire to that switch. Check the continuity of that wire.

You say you bought all four switches, watched a video on Saturday, installed all 4 (I assume you mean switches) you bought just in case.
Please verify, new or used switches? New GM OEM or afternoon market . If new then track down the ground wire as FMG states .
