Electrical Nightmare
Heard the statement "12 volts" a couple of times. It would be nice to know the actual voltage like 12.5, 12.7 etc. Just saying 12 volts doesn't really mean anything.
FYI. If it's 12.0 volts, then that's a low battery. Should be around 12.7 when fully charged.
Also read that you "checked the grounds under the seat and they look good". Again, you should check the continuity of those ground circuits.

Yes, the grounds are under the front seats. However, the only common point is the dark green wire it goes to each door. The yellow wires are also 12 V from the RAP. Each has it's own ground. The switches serve to control polarity.
Naw. Don's in the right thread. He's going for the "low voltage causing all those problems" scenario. Since the OP had the original power window issue and now reports radio lockout, oil change and air bag message lights.
Yes, I would look at the battery voltage too. We've all seen or heard of the weird electrical problems the HHR's can have with low voltage.

I will try to trace the length of the Green wire hopefully this weekend.
Windows issue fixed.
Issue solved. If you recall only the drivers front window would only work . Turns out the entire issue was corroded wire at J323. No one mentioned this as a possible problem. For those who want to know it's in the wire bundle under the the carpet in front of the left front corner of the Drivers seat. This is the Dark Green Wire that connects to ALLthe windows. Hope this helps othes.
