Vanessa, 7734 hasn’t been back since 2016, perhaps a PM will get his or her attention, or explain in more specific detail your HHR’s symptoms, like what codes do you see, how old is your battery? These can be checked at your local parts palace, write down the codes, have the battery load tested, and the charging system tested.
We can go from there.

If you are having the identical problem we will give identical advice. Check the battery and wire connections, especially the connectors on the end of the wires that respond to jigglling. Check the ground connection on the top of the transmission and on the radiator support.

Agree and have same symptom.

Best theory is fuse box under hood connected to TCM can be pulled apart across its horizontal center revealing many connecting pins which plug into base piece. These get corroded over time and should be cleaned and repaired if necessary.

This is a daunting task and I decided to pray instead. Go for it if you have the time!
