OK just an update "Christine" has been at the dealer for over 24hrs now and she has been the perfect angel...LOL of course she wont act up there...I am hoping she shows up tonight and then they can fix it....if not I will pick her up in the morning still wondering when the lights will just come on all by them selves...now if the radio starts I may consider staying out of the garage with her!

Talking problem solved

OK Christine is back to working order....took a couple of phone calls and a service bulletin to solve the issue but now it fixed....end result was a wire in the harness shorting to the chassis and powering the lights up as well as the radio and all the other options!!!! I did not get specifics when I asked exactly where the wire was hitting the chassis...no suprise there...GM would never admit they did something to enable this situation.....but I am HAPPY to have my Christine back...to the dealerships credit they were great to deal with!!!

Good to hear that you're back to normal. I was starting to wonder if Christine was going to need a sprinkle with Holy Water and some quality time with clergy.
