Hey guys and gals,

Need some help here. A few months ago I got the brake fix for the SS done, and I think there may be a problem. When I start the car to warm it up, (it's 5 degrees out) it's warm until I put it into drive. Then it starts blowing ice cold air out unless I have my foot on the gas. This continues for at least 6-7 miles which is 90% of my drive to work. Has anyone else had this problem? Is this something that the dealer should fix?

Check the coolent level, might be low, or it is freezing in the rad. I saw this happen on a Impala, with newer fluid, or the h2o pump is not pumping.

 

Did you ever figure out what the problem was? Was just curious if the solution was something I was working on in my head.

I have been looking at the weather there and it's not getting any warmer, but you know that!
