because I'm not the one in possession of the car or the code reader, it's at the shop, I'm relaying the information I was given

I only replied as a follow up because other people have replied since my last post... when I have more information, a resolution, or the car back, I'll share what happened/happens

yes, because I asked for help the night it went schizo, perhaps it was something someone had seen before with these cars and was a simple fix... but as I replied the next day, I had it towed to one of the shops that works on our fleet... I'm just following up so people don't think I'm ignoring them

Yes, it is something that has been seen. Tight is not tight enough; gorilla tight.
