The bottom of your receipt says that "multiple diagnostic monitors have not run".

This would only happen if computer codes were recently erased or the battery was disconnected.

Did you just purchase this car from someone? It sounds like the previous owner may have erased the codes before selling it or replaced the battery.

It says multiple diagnostic monitors have not run. So either codes were cleared recently, or the battery was disconnected (or possibly completely dead).

I see now that Steve already posted the same. I thought I was at the most recent post, but there was another page. I'm going to try going back to infinite scroll, I wish it worked better, but disabling it is worse than the bugs.

I have a copy of the 2009 manual already. Will the computer do the tests even if there's a problem with the SVC monitor system?

I bought my HHR from a mechanic at a nearby gas station.

The SVC tire pressure monitor doesn't have anything to do with inspection. Also ABS faults won't fail inspection.

I guess that means even though it says SVC tire monitor on the dash, I can still drive it everyday and then get it tested, right?
I called Advance Auto and they said their ABD2 tester is broken, but they sell them starting at $73.

OBD2
I scrolled through the DIC and RF psi is 37 and there's -- for the other tires. Do I need this to work? I can check the psi manually.

Check PSI manually, set it as the tire pressure sticker shows in the drivers side door jamb. Usually 35 psi.
the TPMS sensors are dead , batteries only last 8 to 10 years
