Horn inop

Hello all
So Inherited a 2008 and the horn is inop. Checked the fuse ok there is power at the relay but when you push the steering wheel horn nothing. I checked the output from the horn button at the relay and nothing. Should have a ground contact to close the relay and nothing is there any known bad connections before the relay. I tried to find a replacement horn switch and it is discontinued. Any ideas.

Thanks

Do the other buttons on the steering wheel work? If not the clock spring is broken.
Has anyone been monkeying around under the airbag?
The switch is just a piece of metal that makes contact with ground.
Have you tried hot wiring the horn to be sure it works?

Yes the other buttons on the steering wheel work. I need pin out the relay and when you push the horn button it doesn’t ground the relay to power the horn.
