Leaning Front Passenger Side
This is the way I read it.
The car is not "leaning" when sitting still on level ground. He said he took measurements that shows it's level. So, I'll guess that he feels like it leans to the passenger side when going down the road. Add to that, most roads have a crown so the road does lean to the right (passenger side) for water runoff.
Now if you have a weak part in the suspension, added with the lean of the road, it may make it seem worse than normal.
My 1st guess would be a blown front strut. Especially since he says he feels every little bump in the road.
2006 model. Original struts ? Mileage ?
Just have to wait till the OP returns and updates with what he finds.

He did say he has new "shocks" (last 3 years) but that doesn't mean new struts also. But it could, some people might call struts "shocks"... Not everybody knows proper nomenclature for car parts.
We are kind of shooting in the dark here without further explanation....

Sorry guys, my alerts got bogged down in my email. They were quick strut assemblies. I haven't had a chance to pull the tires off yet to check components but hoping to do that this weekend. Wish I had more to offer. I think it'd be alot easier to diagnose if the concerns were more pronounced, but I'm counting that blessing right now. Thanks for y'alls input!
