I don't know what you mean by loose pin. On the ABS module? I bought a spare one and they both give me the same reading. This leads me to believe a ground issue. I am going to change the brake level sensor next and if that doesn't work back to chasing grounds

 

What does the fluid level sensor have to do with your problem? You have not presented anything that would get near to pointing in that direction. It does not even connect to the EBCM.

Loose pin; Like a pin in the connector that got pushed back instead of into the socket.

There are 3 ABS fuses in the underhood fuse box #44, #57, #61. One of those could be the culprit.
