Actually my car has like under 5,000 I don't go any place. The problem I'm thinking now is because they find protective bank. I'm screwed.

In my state there is also a clause for total number of days in the shop. So there are two ways to qualify; numbers of attepmts to fix, number of total days in shop.

Might check to see if Maine has other ways to qualify.

Texas has the same clause... its 30 days total... That means if ur car went in the shop for 2 weeks and then went back again for another 2 weeks you would qualify, but only if they didnt give u a rental, if they do give u a rental it will not count against ur 30 day clause.

Well GM called me today and the Lemon Law Arbitration here in Maine. My car has been in the shop more than 15 times which qualifies and the steering issues is a BIG problem they said. My car goes in Thursday to the dealer lets see what they fix. I however doubt this time they will be so quick to say "nothing" is wrong with it.

A lemon is a part that has been replaced 3 times and still causes a problem. witch dealers love to say it's not a lemon because it take the ack of god to get one.

So I was told by GM when they called me that if the dealer had my car more than 24 hours I was suppose to get a car to drive until it was fixed. I dropped it off Wednesday never heard from them so I called Saturday knowing they closed at 12pm. They never was going to call me and my car isn't fixed yet so I do have a car to drive now. They have ordered a new steering shaft for it. Funny I've complained about that 3 times and they said nothing was wrong with it so either they are just fixing my stuff for the hell of it or something was wrong after all.
