No power to the starter

There are 2 wires under the red plastic cover, one to the battery and the other goes down to the starter. There’s a wire that connects to the power steering, you can see it just to the left .

I see them didn't know the one wire was for the power steering the two red wires on mine don't look corroded but they are not shiny either fwiw.

Loose nut or corrosion is what you are looking for.
Then you need to see if there is power at the other end on the starter. The skinny wire on the starter comes from the starter relay in the fuse box.

Looks are not to be relied upon. If there's any question the cable should be taken apart and cleaned and properly tightened.

I will have to try that next I tighten the four bolts in the under hood pdc box also had the battery charged up it tested good

I tightened those bolts in the underwood pdc box and cleaned the cable's at the positive remote start charged the battery had it tested it was good 578 cca out of 600 cca total still no start.
