If it is not the relay it must have something to do with the signal from the BCM to the relay.

Still don't get how the tails could work without the markers.

Any LEDs in the circuit? Brake lights (all 3) working

No LED's that I know of. all exterior lights work but running lights. I would have to check plate lights, never looked at them

This is with the headlights in the ON position not AUTO?

Do you understand how the I/P lights and DRL and headlights work through the light sensor?

WOW thats alot to take in lol. So could the Automatic Lamp Censor be the problem? does that relate to the grounding of the relay that made them come on like they are suppose to? Thanks Donbrew

IM DONE, THIS THING IS THE BIGGEST PIECE OF S**T.....

So I got home and unhooked the battery, removed the fuse box as I had seen in other places, separated the fuse box and looked over everything. I couldn't see or find anything, so back together I went. Now the piece of s**t will not start, headlights don't work now, but the original problem rear marker lights, oh they work now.....Oh and now the rear wiper dosn't want to turn off, and the front wipers dont work.......Best place for this thing is off a cliff

So it looks like the problem lay within the fuse box that you took apart. Take it apart again, and put it back together properly. They aren't the easiest thing to work on.

Yea I was very careful, all the pins went back into place like they were suppose to, but yes I think there is a problem there somewhere. Or could it be a bad BCM. Also wondering if the security could be shutting down the system. That shouldn't affect the lights but who know on this POS?
