Yes it is part #11, the nipple that goes in the middle part of the actuator door. Should I just buy the whole assembly or is it possible to replace just the part?

A used assembly would be easy to R&R just swap your working actuator motors as you know they work. Send hellshotrod a PM he might have one available and better advice about replacing that door

Ok, I see it now. It looked like the post below that center hole might have been broken. With the female threads.
