Power mirror switch replace

I have to replace the power mirror switch on my 2011 2LT
Do I have to remove the door panel to replace the switch?

Thanks for the help. I read online somewhere that you can get to the switch by only removing the two screws in the pocket , and pulling up on the trim holding all the switches. Could this be?

Yes, sort of. I think the wire may be too short though.
There is is a tab thing in the front and a push clip thing at the rear.

Thanks Donbrew. I am not to excited about removing the door panel if I don't have to. Didn't I buy a radio from you a while back?

Not me.

IIRC, the wire is very short, so you may have pull the panel for working room. Really not a big deal with a plastic putty knife.

I'm going to try it first, if I can't get it I'll pull the panel. I'll let you no how I made out. Thanks again

I removed the trim holding the switches. There is plenty of cable on all the switches so you can lift the trim out of the door panel and remove the plugs from the switches. It took longer to remove the mirror switch from the trim plate.
