Radio issues

I have a 2009 Chevy HHR LS (no pioneer sub system)
MY radio is only playing audio out the two tiny speakers on the pillars, I am trying to find the amp. (checked in the rear quarter not one there.) the fuse box states I have an amp but can't seem to find it or figure out the issue why none of the other speakers produce any sound.

The other 4 speakers are burnt out, it happens mostly to base radio systems. Check Crutchfield web site for sizes of speakers the fit your HHR. Then you can purchase what ever brand and price range you want.

If you don't have Pioneer you don't have an amp.
What language does your fuse box speak?

Yeah that's what I thought too but clearly it states on the fuse box amp and has a 20a fuse inside the slot.
That's why I am confused on this issue

There must be dozens of these threads here. A gazillion radios have been pointless replaced because owners just couldn’t believe ALL the door speakers would fail.

Just replace all the POS OEM door speakers with 6.5” aftermarkets. Even cheapies will be an improvement. (I like Kickers.) High wattage not needed, the radio doesn’t have much power. Efficiency is your friend. Do not use the original connectors. They’ll be corroded. If you want louder, add an amp and run bigger speaker wires.

Make it easy on yourself and get these adaptors:
