Has anyone had a problem with the rear doors on a panel not poping opean, have to pull opean and than hit the remote again then they opean?

 

Sometimes I have to push the button on the dash a second time to kick the back door further open.

 

It has cropped up for some folks here, give the following thread a read, post #8 includes a link to a TSB on the problem and how to fix it with the addition of extra washers on the latch assembly.

Tried the tsb on washering rear door check link brackets, lubed everything with GM lube and used r v rubber door powded on rubber, sat over nite neither rear door opeaned, after they open one time they work fine for a while, till it sits for an hour then they both stick again. any more ideas.p.s. I'm a retired auto tech.
