Locks and unlocks consistently
Remote start works sometimes. Mostly just flashes the headlamps when I hit the start button. I get in start it. Get out, lock unlock, it starts.

Any ideas WTF is wrong with this car now?

Also, going thru the DIC, I set the Horn lock to OFF and it still honks. Went thru and set it off and on and off again, still honks when I use the remote to lock the doors.

Just a thought here, and a possible solution, try unhooking the negative battery cable for five minutes and then hook it back up. Your HHR might need a "Lobotomy" to get its electronic brains back in order.

 

Mike are you recommending another lobotomy? I know you have a law degree,but when did you get your MD?
