Well I took the HHR to the dealer. At First they told me it would be about 1hr to reprogram the new Remote and to Cut a Spare key, Considering i had to go and lose the Spare when we moved. One and a half hour's later the service Tech told me they couldn't get the Car to start with the new Remote/Key. He said they were going to try a 30min Relearn Process. Needless to say that didn't work either. So Two hour's later they put me in a rental.

They Called me at work and said they found the problem is the Anti-Theft Module was bad and that is why the car wouldn't start. Of course they didnt have the part in stock and they now have to Overnight it. So needless to say im in a G6 Rental atleast untill Monday or Tuesday.

O well Free Wheels for the weekend!! G6 Actually doesn't ride that bad either.

 

My remote had a bad solder joint, heated up the soldering iron and it works great now.

And I did a better job at it than the manufacture did.

 

I keep telling you that you need to get into the repair business!

 

I know it. I just don't know how to go about doing it. I've never worked for any company that I can put on my resume, that I can say I did these type of things.
