Eagle has a 2011 Don, that's well past the "butyl patch era", I'd suspect a leaking body seam. Or possibly a blocked or disconnected sunroof drain tube if they have a sunroof of course.

 

I did not even look. Could also be the A/C drain blocked.

 

We actually took our 2011 HHR in for a diagnostic water test yesterday and they found 2 water leaks. One around the antenna and the other in the wiring harness in the door, which they are saying is certainly a manufacturers defect as the bellow was not installed correctly. The mechanic tried to straighten it out as best they could and sealed around it. Now the issue is finding this part as it is not a part anyone can locate. Discussions still going on with GMC to have them take responsibility for issue as this is a defect in manufacturing of vehicles.

 

Or, has the HHR been in an accident? Maybe one you never heard about. If the door was removed and reinstalled the harness could have got mucked up. Same with the antenna.
