The HHR has only 1 bank. O2 Sensor #1 is closest to the engine. The code you have is for the heater, so obviously it is a heated sensor.

A screenshot of the RockAuto selection of upstream or bank 1 sensor 1 O2 sensors available today, it’s your choice but I’d go with the OEM
