If it is locked it must have triggered. If it did trigger you must replace it.
The wires terminate at the airbag "brain", behind the gear selector.

Maybe if you explained what you are trying to accomplish we could help. I am confused at this time.

 

I'm trying to get it replaced, but it looks like fastsuv has answered my question. I'll make sure to check under the rug for a connector like the one in his picture.

There is a blocker inside the seat belt mechanism - this is an ordinary ball. My ball got wet and stopped rolling correctly inside the mechanism.
I detached the entire knot, unwound the strap all the way and dried it with a hair dryer. I was drying the textile belt and mechanism.
The belt is detached with a regular wrench. It is fixed at 2 points: one end near the seat (this is your photo); the second is the mechanism itself (a coil with a lock on a steel bracket) screwed to the body.
See the diagram above. Turn off the battery first, this is a must because the seat belt is equipped with an igniter. Then remove the casings, then disconnect the wire connector (where that is the plug), then unscrew the nuts, extract part and look for the cause of the problem. Be careful with the yellow connector - this bastard is gentle and very expensive. Look for the video on the Internet, if you find it, it will be easier to work with.

BUT ... Before removing the belt, move the upper belt adjuster. This is such a bar on the side trim of the B-pillar at the top. You can easily recognize her by the gap from which the seat belt sticks out. Sometimes it is enough to push it up / down to unlock the belt.
