So rockauto sells only made in the USA parts? I find that hard to believe. In fact I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that rockauto and napa use the same exact rotors with a different box and part number.

No, I don’t mean that, I mean I order my parts from RockAuto, PowerStop brakes, I’ve ordered AC Delco also, and not had the issue of getting counterfeit parts from EBay or Amazon vendors.

Okay, that makes sense. I was surprised that NAPA sold me bad rotors. They werent particularly cheap either.. 2 blocks down the road is Auto Value. I like that place better because the people there are very smart, at least 2 of them are. I bought an air filter online from napa recently. To be picked up at 3 pm. It was the wrong one. Returned it and they ordered another one direct from their computer. Same wrong one arrived. Their computers were wrong. Auto Value had it in stock, the correct one plus they have a machine shop out back which I've used in the past. The reason for using napa is at that time my son worked at napa's warehouse 3rd shift, so I was supporting them. he has a different job now.

I used Rock Auto too. The rear brakes on the HHR were from Rock Auto. Seemed like quality products and a good price. Fast shipping.

I bought the PowerStop rear drum brakes kit from RockAuto for my 2011, nice kit , great price, great quality, fast shipping and the adjusters actually work!

Not trying to "throw gas on the fire" but here's one of the quotes I found about PowerStop products. Several quotes say basically the same thing.

"They manufacture a limited range of brake rotor applications in the Bedford Park, IL, facility. A larger percent of Power Stop performance brake rotors are manufactured to the company's specifications, blueprints and processes developed over years of experience by the manufacturing partners overseas."

Fwiw. I do have a complete set of PowerStop drilled and slotted rotors on my SS.

Let’s face facts, everything is made over seas, then packaged here . The trick is to know which is manufactured to good quality standards or just made and sold Willy nilly for a quick dollar.
