Soft Brake Pedal
#32
So the drums were definitely part of the problem but I just had the booster replaced amd that seems to have fixed the travel issue and the lack of stopping power.
However I believe the booster I received from Rock Auto is defective. Regardless if the car is on or off, the brake pedal now clicks, drops an inch or two with zero resistance, then continues applying pressure to slow to a stop. I already got a refund on the part and ordered another that should arrive on Monday. I know there is no way to fix this booster but am i risking total brake failure if I keep driving on it?
