Question are these normal MAF and MAP sensor readings?

- 2007 LS
- 2.2 liter EcoTec engine
- about ~98k miles
- auto trans

Just wondering about this, since I don't have a factory manual or anything like that for reference

There is a link in my sig to FREE digital shop manuals for most cars. If you can't see it scroll down to the bottom and choose "full site" or use a desktop or laptop computer, phones and tablets don't show everything.
Unless you have some "book learning" you should stay away from trying to interpret OBD2 data. You will end up with a cancer diagnosis.

Clean the MAP sensor and double check the plastic line from the intake manifold to the EVAP purge valve
check the connection at the MAP sensor

What plastic line? The EVAP purge valve has a tube from the fuel tank and one to the intake manifold. I don't know of any tubes on the MAP sensor.

The plastic line that goes to the intake manifold near the MAP sensor.
