water in blower motor?

Cleaning it manually with a wire probe works, some folks will blow it out with compressed air(but you have to be careful), going from memory here...but I think the inside diameter of the drain is about 7/16".
For the past few months we have been noticing water in the blower motor casing maybe? Only reason i think that is because when we turn the corner we here the blower motor bog down and sound like its hitting water. and ocassionaly if we turn fast to the right the water comes out of someplace and drips on the drivers right foot on the pedal. any ideas? its getting annoying. and musty. This is on an 06 HHR

I hope you are able to get this resolved soon.
I have read on other forums I monitor about dealership having something to get rid of the musty smell you are experiencing.

Ok so i've cleaned out the drain the best i can... the water is still there... how hard is it to take apart all that stuff under the dash... the blower and the box that sits in between the driver and passenger side under the dash
