Cooling fan issues

What about other parameters that control the fans such as IAT or IAT2. IAT would be the MAF sensor and IAT2 would be the MAP sensor. My fans come on/speed up if IAT is around 115 degrees even when coolant is below 205.

Just spent hours at the dealer. They were originally going to replace the module again and go about their business. I spoke with the service tech about my testing and they finally went through more inspection. They found a short in the control wire AND where someone had rewired the fan to have a hot connection all the time; with or without the key. They fixed that and it's going alright at the moment. I'll let you all know if it makes another turn for the worse.

If it's all fixed, I'm chalking it up to more problems from the previous owner.

Yeah, this time Chevy came out on top. For all of the new parts it has now, it looks great under the hood. It's about time for a tune and suspension.
