FE1 or FE5 steering rack?
Yes they will fit , but the cross reference part numbers are not FE5 .
just make sure you measure the input shaft diameter and compare that to the rack in your SS ,same for the inner tie rods, same diameter? Same threads? You’ll be good to go.
We can’t confirm if it’s a remanufactured FE5 or not.
many parts books say it will fit, but does it fit correctly? Ball joints are a fine example of this.

The Cardone 231915 and the ultra power both have that part number (25956914) in their listed interchange information.
Some said fits FE5 and FE3, (or FE1), I didn't look at those. The rest of the "FE5" didn't list that part number in their interchange.

worst case, rockauto is usually good on returns. If it said fe5 then it should fit fe5...sounds like a rock auto error, not a purchase error??
Just another example why you must be constantly vigilant. Suppliers don't take any responsibility other than maybe accepting returns, usually at your expense, often with restocking charges.
With less common cars like HHR SS, bad listings are the rule, not the exception. You've been warned before. Don't fight it. It's true!

Any GM parts department, given your VIN, can tell you the correct GM p/n for anything in your car. If they feel like it. So be nice.
They can even search other dealers for inventory. One guy found a NIB RPD. Got it for like $200 or something stupid cheap.
