Have you:
cleaned the throttle body?
Checked the engine coolant temp?
done a compression test?
Cleaned the fuel rail?
Checked both fuel pressures?
Checked the EVAP purge valve?
The misfire is probably causing the P2187.

Cleaning the throttle body is a bit of a job on the LNF, as is cleaning the fuel rail. I would start with donbrew's other suggestions first.
I don't see that you've mentioned how many miles are on the car. The intake valves might be coked. The compression test would be the first step in diagnosing that, followed by a cylinder leak down test.
