Does anyone have the P0234 troubleshooting tree? I am going to order the Helms manuals but I want to start working on this. I can move the wastegate rod but it's really firm so I think it's not hanging up. But what I don't know if the solenoid bleeds off or supplies vacuum to limit the boost.
