I did disconnect it from the negative terminal, I did not try to push on the plate, and it is a Bosch part from rock auto

I have tried the relearn procedure multiple times to no avail. It starts out at 2000 then sometimes dips to 1700 then climbs to 2500. I have no idea what to do

Try another battery lobotomy.

Sorry about the late response, I had to revert back to the original throttle body. I going to talk to my mechanic and see if he has any ideas. No clue when that will happen but I'm sure I'll post again at some point. Go ahead and close this thread if you would like
