Well here's an update!
It turns out I don't have warped rotors, I checked the thickness with a caliper measurement tool and found it to be perfect, and I ended up changing the rear shocks. So while I had to take all four tires off, I torqued them back on at 100ft/lbs each lug and now there is no problems at all. Don't let anyone use a impact wrench to put on your tires, they will over tighten them and mess things up.
I will keep you posted as I put the front struts on but just doing the back shocks has made a huge difference.

Thanks for the reenforcement I preach always! The air gun is to take things apart and lightly speed up assembly but always torque to correctly tighten lug nuts , any engine fasteners !!!

I grit my teeth every time I see a tire buster use those torque sticks then have a second guy "check the torque" with a torque wrench.

The only way to check the torque is to loosen the nut then use a wrench to torque it!!!! They seem to think that "100 lb. ft." spec means "at least 100 lb. ft."

Then the next time I rotate my tires I need the 36" breaker bar and a 5 lb. sledge to get the lugs off.

Ok, I just finished the front struts as it was a terrible experience. I think I'll get a quick strut next time. It wouldn't have been as bad at all if you are able to torque the top nut on the strut with out the shaft turning. I had to build stuff just to get it to work.
And there is just a slight shaking still so it must be one of the hubs that is out, but it is hardly noticeable so the rotors are still good. :)

Hmm. A lot of struts have a hole in the end of the shaft to insert an allen wrench into. Let's you keep the shaft from turning when torquing down. Can't use a regular ratchet and socket with this, I think they have a specialty socket for this.

Me. I just use an adjustable impact gun.

There is a tool made for just that purpose. My local NAPA store just go 2 or 3 varieties

But, I just use a rag and vice grips combined with an air gun.

I have that setup of a 21 mm socket and wrench I made up years ago but my HHR is a 19 mm nut so I used my air impact while the HHR was on the ground , the weight helped hold the shaft from spinning!
