Not your dash, the instrument panel. All HHRs have a two-tone dash to my knowledge.

I'm not being an A$$ here, but honestly, I've never heard anyone who knows anything about cars make a statement like that.

All passing gear is in an automatic is a gear kick down, and a manual has more offerings in this department.
I saw that in another thread too, and it does not make any sense to me at all. That's why I want a 5spd.

I see the option, but I've never SEEN the option. Anybody got a pic of a two-tone instrument panel or a pic of their 2LT instrument panel? Mine looks like the photos on the site and I wanna see the difference.

passing as in not changing gears and slamming your foot on the gas pedal and it goes into what we used to call passing gear.
it is obviously dropping 2 gears and jumping to 6500 rpms but the option of just slamming your foot instead of having to drop to 2nd gear and then upgearing back 2 gears is nice.

cant a little common sense work here
come to dallas and keep up w me w ur standard, i will be glad to give u a nice run around town following me and Shaggy and seeing the sights and a run for your money

But that's the fun in owning a 5spd. Nothing like the sound of a wound up 4-banger to wake you up in the morning.

I'm LAZY! After a while all the the fun of shifting fades away real quick, after about fifteen minutes.
I really like my Auto and I gear around town.
