My wife's last "Defensive Driving Course" was held at a nightclub in Dallas Texas, it consisted of a twenty question quiz administered by a stand up comedian, but it shaved three points off her license.
It sounds like GM cruise controls still don't work well at holding an accurate speed below 45mph, but at least you got the points lowered Don.
In NC we're still dealing with a scandal/criminal investigation involving kickbacks to the Highway Patrol which has eliminated the option for Carolinian leadfoots.

Last ticket I got was in Southgate,Mi. in 09 150.00 I asked if I could do something not to get points,Oh yes they said they would knock it down to a non moving offense.Guess the price of that? would you believe 250.00 lower offense alot more money.True Highwaymen I took the points damn crooks.
