Turn signal Bulb

The outer element is tail lights. When you step on the brake or activate the turn signal, the inner element, that is tucked behind, illuminates also. Whether it's one element burning out, or both, could be very important information.
Then again, is the bulb really burning out, or does it just not light up anymore? Did you test the "bad" bulb, or can you visually tell that it's burned out? Of course, if you've done either, you should know if one or both elements were bad.
Many, many times, folks will pick and choose which questions to answer, it usually results in a dead thread that never gets solved. Help us to help you, we can't come to your house and find the answers.
