Got a light in sight delivered in the mail this weekend. It's taking a little bit of getting used to but so far I really like it. It's a bit difficult to see the turning arrows at the bottom the traffic lights sometimes, but not having to scrunch my 6'4" body over the steering wheel to see traffic lights anymore is awesome.

So I figured it was a nice enough day to change the oil. I nearly had a meltdown when I opened the AC Delco box for the oil filter and there was a Hengst oil filter in it. I've never heard of that brand before. First thing I did was came on here and did a search for Hengst and found out I wasn't the only one that got them recently. It seems to fit ok even though it has a different base to it than the AC I pulled out of it. I even saw a picture of the exact same one in a thread here, so I'm assuming it's ok to use. Thank goodness for the extensive information found in this forum.

Rotated tires and adjusted rear drum brakes , rinsed off the dirt , then a rain / snow shower! It'll warm up soon!!

Nice new ride there chefhhr.

Paddy decided that my morning needed spicing up, so just as I made the turn into my parking space in the hanger, I heard a "Bong" and then the DIC somewhat redundantly informed me that the Power Steering had packed it in.

Oh well, it's covered under the "Special Coverage" program, and my dealer will attend to it once I'm back from Sin City..err..Lost Wages..err..Los Vegas.

It's a business trip, and the only gambling I'll be doing is seeing if I win or lose the 25 cent bet I have with my copilot on whether Avis will keep the unbroken streak of Yellow Camaro rental cars going.
