Oldblue, so very happy to hear that she's turning the corner, just don't tell her about the 88's run at Kansas...ugh!

Of course our guy dropped from 2nd to 5th in points on a pit penalty, taking the gas can and gas man out of the pitbox is a "No-No" Happy. But no injuries thankfully.

Ya know, I've been thinking of Nazareth's "Hair of The Dog" as the Crank It song for our Moderator Emeritus donbrew as he gets back on his feet.

I've been promised a photo of the Bible Verse on Junebug's dashboard today, as soon as I get it from the #88 bunch I'll post it up for Helen.

I'm sure I'm going to catch a lot of flack for this but I added a 42inch OPT7 LED light bar to the front of my car and a 32inch light bar to the rear. I live in the country and there are no street lights and a lot of woods (read DEER). I built a mount for the front, mounted the rear to the underside of the bumper, and they work great, all wired run and hidden beneath carpet and panels with a switch board in the dash. Since I cant afford a Hummer H1 or the Jeep I want Ill take what I can get.
I love my HHR though, for a small car it does everything I need it to like carying the kayak, 2 bikes, and 4 dogs...at the same time... its a monster of a vehicle.
Ill post pics when I have them.

Flack, nope.

Lots of "we wanna see pics" and "cool's", yup.

Anything that can keep Bambi from trying to "end it all" with your front end sheetmetal is a good thing, we've seen what the (Deer + HHR = Oh Boy!) equation looks like over the years, and it ain't pretty.

My '06 is currently undergoing left front hub replacement surgery in the hands of our Aircraft & Powerplant Technician Intern/Trainee and his reaction has been, "gee, this isn't as easy as it shows in the Service Manual". Welcome to the real world young man.
