So good to hear that Helen is feeling chipper enough to get "cabin fever" Oldblue, that's a very good sign!

Mine are all staying parked again today, the big project for the day is helping Dusty build his very first electronics project.

Santa brought him a simple AM radio kit, and he's fascinated with electronics, especially when he's helping me restore old radios.

He's also very good at taking cover when an 80 year old power transformer in an Atwater Kent TRF radio goes Boom!

Michelle just loved that special smell you only get when old wiring burns, but the smoke detectors work.

Two words will keep 'em parked everytime, Tornado Warning!

Thankfully it tracked south of Charlotte, no injuries, just property damage and two very flattened barns.

We've been lucky, but our hearts go out to the folks in Texas and other areas that have been devastated since the 23rd.

Glad to hear no injuries to any one.

It never got that wild here with that weather system but
we did have thunder and way tooo much rain.

My usual with my red wagon this morning and the odo pushed

8's and 4's and a Milestone Mileage

Well we got a 1 day break in the wild weather here, and errands needed running before we scoot out of town on Thursday to attend the funeral for Michelle's Grandmother.

Paddy turned over 85,000 miles on the way back from the Flight Office, so I had to grab a shot of that, then I forgot about an interesting combination of 8's and 4's that rang up on the odometer before Christmas.

Drive carefully Oldblue, you've got a VIP riding shotgun.

Hugs and kisses for Helen, and the usual hearty handshake for you my friend.

Well it was 2 hour drive on the slip and slide up to Hamilton, 7 hours in the hospital, Sweetie received 2 units of blood, she's reved up and perky once again!
1 hour drive home in 39 degree dry road weather!!
We stopped for a coffee on the way home, cranked a few tunes, see the Crank It page!!!
