Changed plugs (@ 111K), and a fresh oil change. Getting ready to order up new control arms (Michigan roads - gotta keep the parts stores busy).

I drove one! I drove one!!! Yahoo!!

Yes I'm slowly recovering from being down and out for the last couple of weeks, lost some weight, got a bunch of reading done, but I can't recommend being Really Very Unwell as a weight loss regimen or study tool for students.

Not that exciting of a run, but Paddy rumbled out of the garage and we hit the pharmacy, then the Food Lion where Michelle shopped while I listened to the newest CD by Mark Knopfler.

It was just nice being behind the wheel again and hearing that lovely noise of a Tuned L-61 barking through a GMPP Intake and Exhaust, sheer happiness!

And now I'm exhausted, gonna take a while to get my "get up and go" back.

I had planned to install my new tube style black grill today. But, UPS wasn't very kind to the package.
