Kept everything out of the weather today, no monsoon rains as forecast, just some severe thunderstorms and possible tornado activity to the south and west of us.

Today I washed my HHR because it had stopped raining and also because she was dirty and I don't like my car being dirty at all. It was the perfect day too because the temps were in the upper 60's to low 70's all day. So it felt great outside and now my HHR is no longer dirty, but instead clean just the way I like it. Other than that only other thing I did was fill up my gas tank.

Didn't do this all "today" but over the long weekend I:
- washed the Hearse on Friday
- changed the oil + filter (Mobil 1 synth. + Fram filter)
- FINALLY installed the other half of the passenger side inner splashguard that got ripped out previously (easy job)
- redid a few of my fun stickers on the rear + side windows
- filled the tank w/ 'good' 93 gas to get rid of the 'potentially crappy' gas I got in Jersey last week.

TODAY: drove my clean car in the rain to work (sigh). It's like the 4th or 5th weekend in a row that I wash the car and it rains right after.

Later

Molecule, you need to bring it out to SocalHHR gathering. Tom's farm would be perfect. The new tailpipe looks great, that little stock thing did not fit the look at all. Good job. Todd (Uma)

First day in 2 months that the high was not around 106, that I felt well enough to get out side.

Washed her at a coin op, to get the wild fire ash off.

All stayed parked again today, too much stuff to do in the office and no real desire to participate in the I-85/485 post holiday "park-a-thon" otherwise known as the usual traffic jams.
