I don't know why it would have anything to do with RVS. The condition must exist TWICE in a row to set the code.
The test runs 3 seconds after the system goes closed loop, (O2 sensors warm up)

Then maybe it's just a weird coincidence. If I start the car with the key and let it warm up that way I wasn't getting the code. Both times the code came up I would use the auto start, let the car warm up, drive it. Then the 2nd time I started up to drive again the code would pop up after driving about a 1/4 mile.

So maybe it isn't a MAF issue?

Sounds like a fun code.

Reading up on this link, it talks about the brake booster. I did notice that initial startup the front brembos squeak, and squeak LOUD. It isn't until I brake a few times a drive a bit before it goes away. Maybe there's an issue with the brake booster or lines. I just figured it was because the car isn't driven everyday.

I guess that is possible since the brake booster gets it's vacuum from the intake manifold.
