Lower intercooler piping repair
I'm back to report that I upgraded my intercooler to a ZZP. I also upgraded the hot side charge pipe to a Taliaferro. The car is running ok but i keep getting a CEL with a P0107 - manifold absolute pressure / barometric pressure circuit low input. Gas mileage has also suffered. Apparently, the computer is confused.
The code returns even after having it cleared.
Is there something I can do about this error to keep it from returning?

1- harness connection came unplugged from map sensor
2- bad connection or damaged wiring @ map sensor harness plug
3- bad map sensor
4- bad pcm(unlikely)
I wouldn't keep driving it with that code. If a wire is damaged and grounding out, you could cause damage to PCM
Clearing the code is not a "fix". Address the problem, then clear codes. Ther are only a few issues that would trigger that code:

I checked the connection (good) and there is no visible damage to wiring.
I was getting a P0101 and P0107 before replacing the intercooler which I presumed was caused by the damaged OEM intercooler. Now it appears that there's possibly a bad map sensor since the P0107 error existed prior.
I'll test the map sensor which, in hindsight, I should have done already. I don't have a vacuum pump but can probably borrow or rent one from a auto parts store.
In case you didn't know, there are two map sensors. One on the intake manifold and another on the lower charge pipe behind the radiator. I would check the orings for damage and make sure the sensors are seated properly
X2 what XtremeSS said. Those little O rings should be checked.
Here's the stock upper and lower sensors, which, by the way, are sitting in my office gathering dust.

Resolved the CEL P0107. Since I hadn't checked the upper MAP sensor, that's where the problem was found. I only checked the lower MAP sensor because I thought I had bumped it while installing the ZZP intercooler.
The upper MAP sensor connector was not snapped tight. I suppose it has been that way since the engine was replaced! Probably initially had enough connection to not throw a code. When I lightly pulled, it came right off. I snapped it back in place. Still had the CEL but it went away after driving around.
Now, I have a loud air flow sound on acceleration. Maybe that's normal with the ZPP intercooler and Taliaferro charge pipe. Apparently, I haven't heard how it really sounds since the upper MAP sensor wasn't properly connected. I'm going to recheck the clamps just in case to make sure there are no leakages.
