Every once and a blue moon they show up on e-bay nacademus, but its been about six months since I've seen a set.

Anyone know if you can buy this film precut if so where

 

Cleaning them can indeed be problematic. I have the hard plastic guards on my 2007, and so far have managed to keep them decent, but certainly not perfect, looking. I don't have the running boards, but did add OEM mud flaps front and back, which does help.
