If it came out easy enough, it should go back in.

Have you got a friend or family member that could give it a try ? If not, then a picture sure would help. Follow the link in Don's signature or just put the picture in your gallery(the little camera icon under your name).

I think we are dealing with either a damaged housing where it is melted to the point where she cannot insert the bulb thru the opening - OR the bulb is the wrong one and will not fit thru the opening of the housing. Dare I ask what the number of the bulb is that you are trying to use?



If the last few suggestions/questions don't help you resolve your problem, I don't think we can help you much further. You might have to swing by a dealer and have them check it out.
