They usually clog up due to slime build up, cured with a foaming product made for the job, from your local auto parts source.

Yeah, I looked for that locally and couldn't find any. Do you have a brand name I could search for online?

This is autozone and advance I'm sure O'reilly and NAPA have something similar. Look on the AC maintenance display next to the "freon".
