dashboard lights not working

Took me a lot of studying the schematics to find that the tail lights are really parking lights, on the same circuit. The stop/turn lights/markers are separate. BTW, there is also a parking light relay.
Maybe the relay has something to do with the interior lights coming on momentarily when headlamps come on?
Is the relay before or after the fuse?

Yep. Glad it was something simple.

I think we all got thrown off on our guesses by the 1st post. The fact that the lights would come , if only for a few seconds, made me think that the fuses must have been good.
BUT............Always willing to learn something new.

The relay is after the fuse. I can't see a connection to the dashboard except maybe on the GMLAN.
